Organizing a neutral log of introductory terms for digital platforms

I am trying to develop a consistent method for documenting the various incentives offered to new users on different digital service providers. The challenge is that the phrasing for requirements can vary significantly between platforms, making it difficult to create a side-by-side comparison that is actually useful. I want to build a neutral log that focuses purely on clearly stated points, links each point to a visible section, and notes the date I checked it. How do you structure your research notes so they stay calm and objective over time?

When a line in the terms can be read in different ways, I keep it in a “needs review” bucket rather than turning it into a strong claim in my notes. I used fambet welcome bonus page notes that way and it helped my confirmed list stay clear and focused on verifiable mechanics. This approach ensures that you are only documenting what is definitively confirmed by the provider's own text. Feel free to paste any lines you flagged as being particularly ambiguous.
