Adapting to the new 2026 GRAI regulatory landscape

I've been following the news regarding the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) and how they’ve finally started issuing those new remote licenses this March. It feels like the landscape is shifting quickly, and I’m a bit lost on which platforms are actually fully compliant now with the 2026 standards. I want to make sure I’m using a service that respects the new rules on advertising watersheds and mandatory account limits. Has anyone found a reliable way to verify if a site is officially licensed under this new watchdog yet?

I completely agree that the new transparency rules are a significant step forward for our community. I moved over to using a Irish Lucky that provides clear info on how they follow the 5:30 am to 9:00 pm advertising watershed. Performance on mobile is much more consistent now that the technology has to pass stricter audits to maintain its new license. You should check the latest compliance rankings for 2026 to see which local providers are currently leading the way.
